- Ground Beef: Prepare and cook the beef, onion and garlic mix ahead of time. Drain the extra fat and store it in two airtight containers for Tuesday and Wednesday.
Mushrooms: Cook the mushrooms you will need for the week, after letting them cool, store them in the fridge where they can deepen their flavor.

As always, the soup will make a simple leftover dish that’s easy to reheat and eat. For a dish that requires a little bit of extra work, you can fashion the leftover chicken into a salad, foregoing the mayo for the already-made stuffing.
