Pork Cooking Temperatures

The safe internal temperature standard for cooked pork is 145° Fahrenheit. This is specifically for fresh pork. For reheating pre-cooked meats like ham, for instance, 165° Fahrenheit is the recommended temperature.

Our favorite meat or instant-read thermometer is the best way to determine the temperature of your pork, be sure to insert the thermometer in the centre of the cut or roast to get the most accurate reading.
