Your Sunday Prep-Ahead Plan

  • Prepare the Veggies: Chop up your onions and mince your garlic. Store them in the fridge in an airtight container. In a separate container, slice your onions and bell peppers for the fajitas.
  • Mix Your Glaze: Mix the ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar for the glaze on Wednesday ahead of time so that it’s ready to go when needed. Store it properly in the fridge until needed.
