Ingredients 

  • 6 ounces strawberry flavored gelatin two three-ounce packages
  • 2 cups cottage cheese drained well
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed ( one container)
  • 20 ounces strawberry pie filling one can

Instructions

  • Scoop the well-drained cottage cheese into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top of the cottage cheese. If desired, using a hand mixer, beat the gelatin into the cottage cheese until smoother.
  • Stir in the strawberry pie filling until combined into the mixture.
  • Fold in the whipped topping.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until chilled thoroughly and set.
  • Serve. Keep refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Notes

  • This is best if it is refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
