This is the original strawberry fluff recipe that uses cottage cheese in it. Don't worry, it's still incredibly sweet and delicious, but just happens to be full of protein!
8ouncesfrozen whipped toppingthawed ( one container)
20ounces strawberry pie filling one can
Instructions
Scoop the well-drained cottage cheese into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the top of the cottage cheese. If desired, using a hand mixer, beat the gelatin into the cottage cheese until smoother.
Stir in the strawberry pie filling until combined into the mixture.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours until chilled thoroughly and set.
Serve. Keep refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Notes
This is best if it is refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
