Your Sunday Prep-Ahead Plan

  • Tuesday’s Marinade: Prepare the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Store it in a sealed jar in the refrigerator to use on Tuesday.
  • Garlic Mincing: You will need a lot of minced garlic this week, so get ahead by doing it all at once in advance. Make sure to store properly until needed.
