- Prep Those Veggies: Due to the veggie overlap, you can prepare the carrots, onions and celery for the soup, meatloaf and cowboy stew. Make sure to store properly in an airtight container.
- Marinade: You can prepare the chicken ahead of time by mixing your soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic and ginger in a bag and leaving the chicken to marinate in the fridge.
