- Chop The Veggies: Dice all of your onions and garlic ahead of time since you will need quite a bit. Store properly in separate air-tight containers.
Prep The Sauces/Rub: Prepare the rubs and sauces for the chicken and pork ahead of time and then store properly so they are ready to go on Wednesday and Monday.
