Welcome to your first weekly meal plan! My goal is to make your weeknights delicious and simple. To make your shopping easier and prevent that half-used bunch of celery from going to waste, the recipes are all designed to share common ingredients. I’ve already planned the dinners and organized the shopping list, so you can focus on the fun part: cooking and enjoying your food.

- Monday – Smashed Tomato Chicken

Your Sunday Prep-Ahead Plan
Veggie Prep: Dice your white onion, both green peppers, and the celery sticks. Store them together in one airtight container—they form the base for three of this week’s meals!
Chicken Rub: In a small bowl, mix together the 2.5 tablespoons of Chicken Seasoning. This way, your spice rub is ready to go on Day 5.
P.S. Looking for lunch ideas?
Shred the leftover meat from your Instant Pot Whole Chicken and toss it with your favorite BBQ sauce. Pile it onto toasted buns for a quick pulled sandwich.
