Your Sunday Prep-Ahead Plan
- Prepare The Veggies: Dice the carrots, celery and onions for Monday and Thursday. Once done, store in an air-tight container for easy access during the week.
- Prep the Breading: Get started on the breading for Wednesday’s chicken by combining the necessary ingredients. Once done, cover and store in the fridge.

As per usual, many of these dishes are great (or even better) reheated. The chicken and pork are also excellent to use with buns and toppings of your choosing for easy sandwiches.
