How do you make a Malibu Bay Breeze?

Malibu Rum is hugely popular in our household, and lots of Karlynn’s friends love it whenever I make a cocktail that uses it. A delicious, sweet coconut rum liqueur works perfectly in this cocktail, which is essentially just a riff on the Bay Breeze I made the other day.

To prepare, gather up your Malibu Rum, Pineapple Juice, and Cranberry Juice. You’ll also want something to garnish. I used lime and cherry in this instance, and they suit the drink well.

Combine the ingredients in a glass with ice and stir (or use a shaker if you prefer). Pour over ice and serve in a garnished glass. Note: If you like rum-based drinks, try my Pineapple Prosecco Party Punch, too!
