The Bay Breeze is a great summer cocktail, similar to the Cape Cod, but with the addition of one key ingredient: pineapple juice!
How to make a Bay Breeze
This drink is super easy. If you’ve tried the Cape Cod (linked above), then you’ll most likely enjoy this one as well. If you like this one and you’re a fan of Malibu Rum, you’ll want to try my Malibu Bay Breeze, too!
To make this, simply make sure you have some Vodka, Cranberry Juice (Tip: use a cranberry cocktail or a sweetened cranberry juice otherwise it can be a bit too tangy) and Pineapple Juice.
Combine in a glass with ice, stir, and serve.
The Glassware
The glass in these photos is by Culver Glass and has 24k gold gilding. This is one of my favorite finds, and I bought it as soon as I saw it. When I originally posted a cocktail using this glass, a reader was kind enough to find me some on eBay, which I quickly acquired. If you are looking for your own set, I recommend trying it there or on Etsy.
I hope you enjoy the cocktail, and be sure to try some others, like the Brass Monkey Drink!
