This is a super simple recipe for Fry Sauce that we tested with our Air Fryer French Fries, which we’ve also published today. It was a huge hit with the kids and ourselves and we decided to share the recipe for everyone to enjoy.

You should also try our Creamy Sweet Chili Sauce and our Honey Mustard Sauce.

Homemade Fry Sauce

When it comes to enjoying French fries, ketchup is Karlynn’s personal favourite (mine is malt vinegar given that I grew up in Ontario with chip trucks) but once I had a chance to try a good fry sauce, I was hooked right away. I made it my personal mission to try to mimic it and come up with one that would go well with our homemade French fries and I feel like we nailed it.

I sincerely think this is one helluva fry sauce that is so simple to put together that you’re going to want to keep a bunch of it handy in the fridge for those fry dipping moments with the kids.

      Hi Norma,

This should keep fine for a couple of weeks. It’s basically similar to a salad dressing.

I’m from Utah and we had a hamburger stand called artic circle had the best fry sauce. I just mix mayo ketchup sugar and black pepper and it’s a good fry sauce also.

Is this with sweet pickle juice or dill pickle juice?
