I love onions, whether it’s the Ukrainian in me or not, I like them in any style I can get.
So when I tried some Cajun onions on my burger the other week, I knew I had to make my own at home, and soon.
So I took my homemade Cajun spice recipe, some butter and a sweet onion and fried them up.
Ingredients Needed:
2 tsp Cajun spice
one red onion
1/4 cup of butter
Throw all the ingredients into a frying pan and fry those onions up.
Done! These are fantastic on top of a burger or really anything you can think of that you would top with onions.
I used them on my homemade burgers, recipe coming up!
