It’s time for those famous  “Famous Lips” again!

Yes, I received a lot of compliments on this graphic the first time I used them, mostly commenting on the hilarity that they are.

The lips are synonymous with something fun and awesome that happened, which really is every day, but not everyone cares when I manage to clean my house or find organic applesauce on sale.

Awesome is what you make it, folks.

I digress. Liane Faulder of the Edmonton Journal ran a soup recipe from my site today, not only on the online version, but in print.

La, the excitement over that! My husband promptly picked up two newspapers this morning and I am sure showed his co-workers many times over.

It’s also online at the Calgary Herald as well, for you folks south of me. Not sure if it’s in print down there, but I am sure one of you will let me know.

So a big thanks to Liane and her awesome red boots, and Kerry Powell, the dynamo food editor that she is, that made my week. Ah, who am I kidding, it made my month!

Do you know who this image is by? I am using it in my graphics coursework but I don’t know the designer which I need. If you do that would be very helpful. Thanks :)

Glad you like it Lorrie! Taste can be so subjective when it comes to using spices that aren’t the norm, I worry sometimes I am the only one who likes certain recipes.
