- Chop the Veggies: Dice all of the onions, celery and carrots for both of the soups. Store them in separate measured containers for easy use once you actually make the soups.
Patty Prep: You can mix and form the salsbury steak patties ahead of time so they’re ready to be cooked when you need them. Make sure to store properly.
