- Prep the steak: Slice your meat for Monday ahead of time for an even quicker meal on the day. Store properly until needed.
- Slice the veggies: This might be a busy week, so get on top of things by dicing/chopping your onions, celery and peppers ahead of time. Store properly in separate air-tight containers.
