The Jungle Bird cocktail is a distinctly flavoured cocktail that has been around since the 1970s. Originally created as a welcome cocktail for the Hilton Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, this cocktail is a features the unique flavours of Campari, Lime, Dark Rum and Pineapple Juice.
Table of Contents
The name of the bar within the hotel was The Aviary, which made the name of this cocktail and easy one to come up with and it has stuck with it ever since.
One thing to keep in mind when making this cocktail is that you have to enjoy Campari to enjoy this drink as there is a decent amount of the stuff in it.
If you do enjoy Campari, then you should also try my Boulevardier and Negroni recipes as well.
