The Flirtini is best known for being a popular drink on the tv-show Sex in the City and has grown in popularity ever since the show aired. It’s a deliciously light combination of vodka, triple sec, pineapple juice, champagne and maraschino cherry in the bottom (giving it that nice red glow effect you see pictured below).

For martini fans, I highly recommend you try this and if you like it, give these a try too: French Martini and the Espresso Martini.

How to Make a Flirtini

Preparing this cocktail is pretty straight forward; combine pineapple juice, vodka and triple sec in a bar glass and give it a stir with some ice. Strain into your martini glass, drop a maraschino cherry into the drink (it will sink to the bottom) and top with champagne. To finish the drink, garnish with a piece of pineapple on the rim (as pictured below).
