Blissed Out

My daughter may have been up hacking all night long due to a cold.
She may be incredible cranky and tired and sniffly and sad.

But how can you NOT be cheered up when a little Westie comes and not only curls up beside you, but decides to  literally sit back and lounge like a human and watch Busytown Mysteries with you?

She even has her leg up on the armrest and the whatchooo lookin’ at? attitude down pat.

So now I have a cranky, sick, but giggly little girl who’s loving up her canine companion this morning.

One day soon, we’ll be looking into getting one of our own. Canine, that is, we have enough cranky sicks kids to suit this family just fine.

But until then, she is more than happy to borrow others.
