Merry Christmas from our household to yours! I hope you are all having a fabulous day, full of friends and family. Or maybe even a nice quiet day curled up by the Christmas tree by yourself, or hey, just a good book and a glass of wine. Christmas is what you make of it!
This year we have bought a gift from all of you readers. Mike and I consider ourselves incredibly blessed to do what we do and it’s thanks to all of you that we get to do it!
However not everyone is so lucky and while I get to make all these delicious new recipes for everyone almost daily, there are people going without food and the basics right in my own neighborhood I am sure, and everywhere in Edmonton.

I KNOW they are annoying, but they are a necessary evil (I still have to buy the food for all the free recipes on here and pay for a kitchen and a roof over my head!) and now those ads are going to help out others. It makes the ads a little easier to put up with 😉
