These loaded peanut butter rice krispie squares are the perfect snack for lunches during Halloween or any time you feel a craving for a chocolate peanut butter treat!
Grease a 9x13 pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
Grease a large bowl with butter and place the Rice Krispies in the bowl. Add in 2/3 of the Reese's pieces and the peanut butter cups, saving the remainder for topping later.
Place the butter in a large saucepan and melt over low heat.
Stir in the marshmallows. Once the marshmallows start to melt, add in the peanut butter.
Stir until the marshmallows are melted and the peanut butter is mixed in completely.
Remove from the heat and mix in the vanilla.
Pour the hot mixture over top of the cereal and chocolates, then stir until combined.
Turn out the mixture into the prepared 9x13 dish. Sprinkle the remaining peanut butter candy on top.
Butter your hands and press the cereal mixture into the pan making it an even layer.
Cover with plastic wrap and let set for 30-40 minutes then slice and serve.
