Sweet Chili Sauce
Perfect for dipping your spring rolls or coconut shrimp in, this sweet chili sauce is easy to make and easy to customize to your liking!

Ingredients
1/3
cup
rice vinegar
1/3
cup
water
(divided)
1/3
cup
white sugar
1
tablespoon
sambal oelek
(to taste)
2
teaspoons
cornstarch
Instructions
Combine the rice vinegar, white sugar, sambal oelek and half of the water in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring, cooking until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Combine the cornstarch with the remaining water, then whisk into the pot rapidly.
Continue to cook until the sauce thickens.
Remove and enjoy!
Store in a closed container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Adjust the sugar and the
sambal oelek amounts to your liking
sambal oelek is simply chili paste and easy to find everywhere!
