Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe – Using Sourdough!
How to use sourdough bread to make amazing garlic bread!

Ingredients
1/2
cup
salted butter
really softened
4
cloves
garlic
minced
1
loaf sourdough bread
sliced into 8-10 slices ( or a baguette)

tbsp
minced parsley
optional, just gives it nice colour
Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 350 °F.
Combine the butter, garlic and parsley in a bowl.
Spread over BOTH SIDES of the sourdough bread, then place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, then turn on the broiler. Broil for another 3-4 minutes, depending on how crispy you want the bread!
Remove and serve!
