Make your own cornbread mix at home! Use this in any recipes that call for Jiffy Mix!

fine or medium grind

Instructions
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Keep stored in a large lidded container or sealed plastic bag in the cupboard at room temperature.
To substitute for Jiffy, use one cup and 2 tablespoons of the mixture in place of one box of Jiffy!
Notes
This makes the equivalent of 8 boxes of Jiffy mix
