Mac and Cheese Lasagna
This perfect mix of macaroni and cheese and tomato based lasagna is a fast and easy weekday dinner that is guaranteed to be a family favorite.

Ingredients

Mac and Cheese
(prepared)
1
pound
ground beef

Tablespoon
garlic
(minced)

cup
onion
(diced)

spaghetti sauce
1 1/2

Mozzarella cheese
1/4

Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Prepare the mac and cheese as per the box directions, set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°
In a medium saucepan add the ground beef, onion and garlic and brown until cooked. Drain fat and add the spaghetti sauce. Heat through.
In a 9x9 baking dish layer the meat sauce, the mac and cheese, meat sauce, mac and cheese, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the dish is warmed through.
Notes
This dish is great served with slices of garlic bread.
