Fish Seasoning
This homemade fish seasoning works perfectly on pretty much all types of white fish. Make it ahead of time in a triple batch and store in your cupboard so it's ready when you need it!

Ingredients

tablespoon
flaked sea salt

tablespoon
dried oregano

smoked paprika

dried lemon zest

garlic powder

onion powder

ground cumin

ground black pepper

cayenne pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients together, whisking to mix.
Store in a lidded container in your cupboard for up to 6 months.
Use to season all types of white fish.
Notes
Play around with the amounts of spices to make your perfect blend! I, of course, prefer more garlic in mine!
