How to make a creamy, flavor-packed smoked salmon dip that is amazing for parties and gatherings with crackers and bread cubes, or simply slathered on a bagel for your own meal!
Process the cream cheese in a food processor until smooth and all lumps are gone. This is easiest when you have soft cream cheese to start, don't use cold!
Add in the smoked salmon, some of the capers, chives, dill, cream, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and lemon juice. Process the mixture again until creamy and smooth.
Taste test and add more capers if desired and adjust all seasonings to taste.
Serve as a dip with crackers, breads or slather all over a bagel and call it a meal!
