Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the steak pieces and season them liberally with salt and pepper.
Let the steak bites sear for 1-2 minutes on one side then stir them. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes or until the steak bites are all golden brown.
Move the steak bites to a medium-sized bowl and place a plate on top to keep them warm while you cook the garlic butter.
Turn the down heat to medium on the stove and add in the butter.
Once the butter has melted, add in the minced garlic.
Cook, stirring, until the garlic begins to brown.
Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and toss to cover them complertely. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
