Lightly flour a work surface, then unroll the crescent sheets. Carefully tear each piece where it's perforated.
Cut each triangle into 3 smaller triangles.
To roll, place one cocktail wiener or cut hot dog on the widest side of each triangle. Roll, without stretching the dough, down to the thinner point of the triangle. Place seam side down on a large baking sheet. Repeat until all of the sausages are wrapped.
Use a pastry brush and brush each with melted butter.
Place in the oven and bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
