Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender, or in a bowl. Add in the first 8 ingredients, mixing together. Taste, then add in more anchovy paste or white wine vinegar as desired.
Add in the chives and the parsley. Blend until you have a smooth dressing using the blender or an immersion blender in the bowl.
Pour into a lidded container. Keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
The anchovy paste should be adjusted to your liking, as well as the white wine vinegar.
