Whisk together the buttermilk, sour cream, mayo and vinegar. Add the sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add the Worcestershire sauce to taste if desired.
Mix in the blue cheese crumbles, then cover.
Refrigerate for a few hours before using for the best results. Mix, and serve.
Keep refrigerated in a sealed container for up to a week, any longer and the ingredients will separate or get watery.
