Instructions
Combine the sugar and water in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until sugar is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge.
Notes
Add 1 shot of vodka to the simple syrup to drastically extend the shelf life.
