Ingredients

all purpose flour

white sugar

unsweetened cocoa

baking soda

salt

water

vegetable oil

vanilla extract

white vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add in the wet ingredients then stir until smooth.
Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted comes out clean.
Cool in the pan and serve from the pan.
