One of the most interestingly named cocktails out there, the Mind Eraser is a three ingredient, refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 1 ounce Club Soda

Instructions

  1. Combine Vodka and Kahlua in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch.

  3. Pour over ice into an old fashioned glass and add club soda. Serve.
