Ingredients

cleaned and chopped

shredded cheese
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Steam the cauliflower until it's soft and falling apart.
Drain well.
With a hand blender or potato masher, mash the cauliflower until smooth.
Stir in the cup of cheese until blended. Serve & enjoy!
