One pot wasabi plum roast beef and green beans done on the BBQ, or your RV/trailer oven. I totally don't do roughing it when it comes to camping food!

Ingredients

pounds
3-4 beef blade roast
2
packages of Blue Dragon Wasabi Plum stir fry sauce
1
white onion sliced
3
cloves
of garlic sliced thinly
1/2
cup
water
1
pound
green beans trimmed and washed
Instructions
Place the onion on the bottom of a dutch oven and put the roast on top.
Place the garlic on top of the roast.
Mix the sauce and water together; pour over the top of the roast.
Cook at a low heat (300 to 325 F) for 5-6 hours, until the beef is falling apart.
Place the green beans on top of the roast and recover, cook until the beans are tender crisp. (another 20 minutes or so.)
Remove and serve.
