Amazing Peanut Butter and Jelly French toast! Oh, you and your kids are going to love this delicious breakfast!

Ingredients

slices
thick bread
3
eggs
3/4
cup
milk
1/4
cup
of cream
1/4
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract optional
2
tablespoons
butter
Natural Peanut butter
Your favorite jam
your favorite syrup
Instructions
Beat together egg, milk,cream, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
Heat a lightly oiled skillet/griddle to medium high heat.
Dunk each slice of bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
Place 1/2 tbsp of butter in the pan and melt.
Place the bread in the pan, cook the first side until golden. Flip and cook until the other side is golden. Remove from the skillet.
Place one slice of French toast on a plate, slather peanut butter and jelly on top.
Top with another piece of French toast.
Serve with syrup drizzled over the top.
