Turky Club Sandwich
This Turkey Club Sandwich is a great way to use up tender leftover turkey from the holidays!

Ingredients
2
slices
Whole grain bread
2
slices
cooked bacon
2
slices
turkey meat
2
slices
tomato
2
slices
avocado
1-2
large pieces of lettuce
1-2
Tablespoons
mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toast the bread.
Spread mayo on both slices of the toasted bread.
Top with 1 slice lettuce, add your leftover turkey, sliced tomato, avocado, bacon and remaining lettuce and close.
Top with another slice of bread.
Cut in half and hold together with large toothpicks.
