This casserole recipe takes all of the flavors of a great chicken cordon bleu and makes them into a crunchy, tender, and cheesy casserole for the whole family to enjoy!
one8 ounce packagewide egg noodles(cooked to al dente)
2cupscooked chopped chicken
1cupdiced ham
2cupsgrated swiss cheese
110.5-oz can cream of chicken soup
1cupsour cream
1/2cupheavy cream
2tspdijon mustard
½tsponion powder
1/2tspgarlic powder
Cracker Topping
¼cupbutter(melted)
1sleeve Ritz crackers
¼cupgrated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, heavy cream, dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and mix until combined completely. Stir in the cooked noodles, ham, chicken and shredded cheese.
Turn out into the prepared pan, smoothing out into an even layer,
Combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Stir in the Parmesan cheese then sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake until the top is browned and the casserole is bubbling, another 15-20 minutes.
Remove and cool for 10 minutes, then serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley.
