egg white
(lightly beaten)

water

bread
(torn into pieces)

cheddar cheese or blue cheese
(grated)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °
Grease one loaf pan.
In a small bowl, prepare the cheese filling by mixing the egg white and water, toss lightly with the bread crumbs and the cheese and set aside.
In a medium large bowl mix the bread and milk. add in all the other ingredients except for the filling.
Divide the meat into two portions and press one portion into the bottom of the loaf pan. Cover with the cheese filling.
Top with the remaining meat mixture flattening it out
Bake in your preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
