milk or oat
soy, or rice milk

large ripe banana

vanilla yogurt you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed

honey

Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Divide between two glasses and serve with a straw, garnished with a banana slice if desired.
