In a large mixing bowl, combine the spice cake mix with the other spices (cinnamon and apple pie spice), mixing well.
In a 9x13 pan, add the pie filling until it covers the whole bottom of the pan. Now, carefully sprinkle the spice cake / spices mixture over the top, until it is covered completely.
Grate the butter over the top of the cake mix in an even layer.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and crunchy and the filling is bubbling around the edges. Remove, cool slightly and then serve warm, with vanilla ice cream.
