Prepare all of your vegetables. Drain the tomatoes in a colander over the sink for 5-10 minutes, tossing once or twice to help them drain well.
Place all of the vegetables and drained canned beans into a large bowl.
In a jar with a lid, put all of the dressing ingredients. Cover and shake to mix. Adjust the seasonings to your liking, it should be tart and acidic, so don't add too much more honey!
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetable and beans and toss gently.
Serve with tortilla chips, chicken tacos or anything you eat salsa with!
