Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Nothing beats a strawberry banana smoothie to get you going in the morning! Using my homemade strawberry puree made with honey will give this a flavor boost that can't be beat, but you can also use whole strawberries.

cups
milk
or oat, soy, or rice milk

large
ripe banana
1/2
cup
strawberry yogurt
you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed

tablespoon
honey
1/2
cup
fresh or frozen strawberries OR
1/4
cup
strawberry puree
to taste
Optional Add Ins
1
tablespoon
chia seeds
1
tablespoon
hemp hearts
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a blender.
Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. You can add in more of the strawberry puree to taste if desired.
Divide between two glasses and serve with a straw, garnished with a strawberry if desired.
