This is a basic zucchini bread recipe that includes raisins.

Ingredients

all-purpose flour

eggs

white sugar

vegetable oil

grated zucchini
1

raisins
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon

teaspoon
baking soda
1/4
teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
cup
sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
Beat together eggs, sugar, and oil. Blend in grated zucchini, and then the sour cream.
Mix in flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
Stir in the raisins.
Pour into greased pans.
Bake in preheated oven until a tester inserted in the center of each loaf comes out clean. This should take around 80 minutes or so.
Cool on wire rack.
Notes
You can sub the raisins for chocolate chips if desired.
