Egg Drop Soup is not only one of my favorite things to eat but it’s also incredibly quick and easy to make allowing you to have a delicious soup ready in minutes for you and your family.
Combine ingredients in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Slowly pour in beaten eggs while stirring the soup, this should produce ribbons in the soup.
Remove from heat and serve.
This is easily doubled if you prefer larger bowls.
