Ingredients
8
slices
of Dempster's white bread
one red pepper
cleaned and sliced
1
tablespoon
olive oil
4
tablespoons
herb feta cheese
1-2
cups
of shredded mozzarella cheese
butter
Instructions
Fry the red pepper in the olive oil until softened. Set aside.
Butter the slices of the white bread.
Place four slices butter side down in a frying pan on medium heat.
Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top, followed by strips of red pepper.
Place some cubes of feta on top, then add more mozzarella. Top with another slice of bread, butter side out.
Fry in the pan until each side of the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted completely.
Remove and place on plates. Slice as desired and enjoy!
