Ingredients

Dempster’s Honey Wheat Bread
cubed (crust removed is optional

vanilla

Maple syrup

cream cheese

brown sugar

teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Grease an 8x8 pan with butter. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F.
Placed the bread cubes in a medium sized bowl.
Whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla and syrup, then pour over the bread cubes. Let soak in completely, then pour into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the cream cheese cubes on top.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle over the cream cheese.
Bake, covered with tinfoil or parchment paper, in the pre-heated oven for 30-35 minute, until the middle is cooked.
Remove, slice and serve with maple syrup.
