Candy Cane Fudge
Easy, no candy thermometer fudge with crushed candy canes. Minty madness at it's most delicious.

Ingredients
300
ml
can sweetened condensed milk
9.5
oz
9 1/2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1
tsp
mint flavouring
2
candy canes, crushed
Instructions
In a large microwave safe bowl, and a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup works perfectly, combine the chocolate and condensed milk.
Microwave for one minute, then stir, then again for 45 seconds. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted.
Mix in the mint flavoring quickly.
Line an 8 inch x 8 inch baking pan with tinfoil, leaving little handles on two sides so you can pull it out completely when the fudge is set.
Sprinkle the top with the crushed candy cane.
Refrigerate for 2 - 2.5 hours until it's set.
